Returns, Shipping and Privacy


Shipping Timeframe

NZ Shipping timeframe: 3-5 business days, please allow a little extra for very remote rural locations. 

Tracking information will be sent when parcels are shipped, please refer to this when checking your parcels location. Your parcel will be sent to the address on your order, we take no responsibility if the wrong information is supplied.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes, please provide a physical address on your order.

Undelivered/Lost/Damaged Parcels

Whilst all care is taken to ensure parcels are delivered in a timely manner and great care is taken when packing orders, we have no control over what happens to the parcels once they leave our hands. 

In the unlikely event you do not receive your parcels in 10 business days (NZ orders) or your package arrives damaged, please contact us. 

Damaged Goods

Any items damaged during delivery need to be photographed in the state they were delivered in and a copy emailed to us.

All damaged items are to be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Sales items do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

All returns are at buyers expense, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:

We collect your personal information in order to: 

  • To be able to communicate with you 
  • To be able to send out your order to you 

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a name, address, email or phone number we'll be unable to send you your order or contact you regarding your order or enquiry. We do not share your information with any other third party.

Cookies are collected on our website to enhance your user experience. You are able to delete these in your browser settings.

This website is protected by an SSL certificate and any information sent through contact forms is encrypted. Stripe is an encrypted payment gateway.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us via email.
